There are three types of Neighborhood members: The Neighborhood leader, elders, and common members.
1) Neighborhood Leader
Only one player can be the Neighborhood leader. By default, it is the player who created the Neighborhood.
If the leader wants to quit the Neighborhood, they must first transfer the leadership to one of the elders. If the leader wants to appoint a common member as the new leader, this member must be promoted to an elder. Then the leader role will become available for this member.
The leader can change any of the Neighborhood's settings. The leader can change the roles of all members, change the Neighborhood logo and description, change the rules of admission, and accept and exclude members from the Neighborhood.
2) Elders
This is the second highest role after the leader. They can change the Neighborhood logo and description, change the rules of admission, and exclude ordinary members from the Neighborhood. They cannot change the status of the leader or other elders or exclude them.
3) Common members
This is the default role for all newcomers. They only have access to basic options (chat, trade, regatta, help). Ordinary members cannot change Neighborhood settings or the roles of other members.
