Where do I get items to expand the Silo?

You can get trowels and drills as rewards for completing tasks on the Boat, in chests, in regatta rewards and on expeditions. You can get Stone from Mines and by cutting down bushes with shovels. You may also find these items up for sale in the Global Market.
