How do I make a purchase in the game?

If you decided to make a purchase in the game, follow these steps.

1. Open the game.
2. To make a purchase from the Bank, tap the plus sign next to the ruby icon in the top left corner and select either the quantity of rubies you need or the special pack you want to buy. Please note that tapping the More Offers button in the Bank window allows you to see all the offers available for purchase in the Bank.
3. To purchase a special offer, tap the special offer icon on the left side of the screen where all the event icons are located. After opening the special offer window, tap the Buy Now button.
4. Choose your method of payment.
5. Enter the required information to make the payment.
6. Confirm your purchase.

After you complete these steps, your purchase will appear in the game. If it does not appear, please restart the game. In case this hasn't helped, please contact our support team.
